I have a 28mm f2.8 ais Nikkor that is a good lens I use all the time. The fact that it is non ais will limit what bodies you could use it with. It could be ais modified but that would add to the cost.

Dining Hall Le Conte Lodge, GSMNP. 1984. Nikkormt FT2, Nikkor 50/1.4, Kodachrome. Reservations are required and hard to get. Also the only way to get there is by trail. Supplies were brought in by helicopter for the season, supplemented by supplies brought in on lamas packing up the trail. -
